There is a parking space for bicycles, but its capacity is limited. Therefore, we recommend you to use a bicycle parking area nearby.

SMALL WORLDS is a theme park for you to "visit", "take photos" and "live in". Please have a lot of fun taking photos.Please use the tag "#smallworlds" when posting on social networking sites.

The following are points to be considered when taking photographs.
* Don’t touch the figures.(Visitors with resident right are welcomed to take photos of their figures.)
* Make sure that other visitors don’t appear in your photos and videos.Before posting photos or videos on social media, process them so that people appearing in them are unrecognizable or ask for their permission.
* Equipment such as reflector boards, softboxes, and umbrellas as well as the use of tripods and “selfie sticks” are prohibited.
* Please be considerate of others when taking photos.Please take photos in turn giving a way to other waiting visitors about every 3 minutes.There may be some shooting restrictions if our staff judge that it is overcrowded or something may cause troubles to other visitors.
* Don’t take videos while walking since it is dangerous.
* It is prohibited to take photos and videos in the “behind the scenes” areas of the museum.
* Unauthorized corporate bodies / individual enterprises are prohibited to take photos and publish them to promote their own company.Advance application is required for taking photos and videos for commercial purposes.

Coin lockers are located out of the exit on the 1st floor. Large baggage does not fit in the coin locker can be kept at the ticket counter on the 1st floor (paid-for).

Changing tables are set in the nursing rooms.

Usually, we do not allow pets other than assistance dogs to enter.However, on the Every month on the 10th, 11th, 12th, 21st, 22nd, and 23rd day of each month, you can go around the museum (except the 2nd floor) with your pets as long as you can follow the instructions.

Food and drinks from outside are prohibited.
However, if you cannot eat the meals provided in the restaurant on the 2nd floor due to allergy, you can bring your own food and drinks only if your companion makes an order at the restaurant.

The cafe will open at 11:00.
The café closes at 6:00 p.m. Last order is 5:30 p.m.

There are restrictions on the number of visitors as a measure against COVID-19. So, even when the walk-up tickets are on sale, depending on the in-park situation, you may need to wait for a while to enter the museum.

There are "Admission Passport" which you can use only on the day of your visit, "Annual Pass" with which you can come to the museum as many times as you like within a year, "Figure Program with Resident Right" which allows you to set your figure in any area and other kinds of tickets.

It is the right to set your 1:80 figure created using our 3D scanner (live) in your favorite area. For details, please check "Figure Program with Resident Right".

You cannot wear costumes and cosplay during the 3D scanning for the figure coming with the resident right in the “Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon” area and the “Evangelion: Tokyo-III” area.If you choose the “Evangelion: Cage” area, you can change into NERV staff’s costume prepared by SMALL WORLDS and available only in this area to do the 3D scanning.

The figures that have been placed for a year are scheduled to be used as decorations in other places of the theme park.
